How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send notices to no-reply@your-domain.com with the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content.
- A good-faith statement that use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notification with required legal statements.
